Hometown Heart is a woman owned and operated clothing company. Tiffani Johnston is the founder, creator and CEO. Her vision was to celebrate her pride and love for her hometown along with her excitement for fashion. The natural progression was aligning the two passions. Her heartfelt vision is capturing all of the splendor of Southern Maryland, keeping geographical accuracy a priority.

Tiffani was born and raised in St. Mary’s County and she and her family now reside in the Breton Bay Community.
